Galgorm, the townland, has 446 acres; Galgorm Parks, a separate townland, has 1224 acres. Galgorm Estate is much bigger. Ahoghill and Galgorm are also villages/small towns. I have a copy of Heads and Hearths by S T Carleton. It lists the names of those who can be found in the Poll Tax returns of 1660 and the Hearth Money Rolls of 1666 and 1669. Some townlands are grouped and so some names can't be linked to a specific townland. Those who lived in the Ballymena and Galgorm Estates are not identified with townlands. These two estates also transgress parish boundaries. Carleton says that Galgorm and Galgorm Parks townlands are in the parish of Ahoghill. He mentions the Colville Estate Maps, 1722 PRONI ref D.1009/59 Galgorm Estate was called Ballyconnell West in 1666 and the old territory of Glanagherty (various spellings) was divided equally between the Galgorm and Ballymena Estates.
