Have you tried: P William Philby et al, Passenger and Immigration Lists Index. (Detroit, Gale Group, and Thomson Gale, 1981, with supplements, 1982-2003). I had no idea where my great grandfather came from until I started a volume-by-volume search in Philby. The results opened a whole new vista that enabled me to identify ancestors/relatives I didn't know existed. All the Best!
