My ggg grandfather, John COCHRANE came to Westmoreland Co., PA in 1811 with wife Margaret (maiden name might have been Wallace). One of their granddaughters wrote some family information down. This states that he belonged to the Royal Arch Masons in Carroneay, Ireland. She said he came from Ballymoney and assumed this was in County Derry. His immigration declaration says County Antrim. Is anyone familiar with the Royal Arch Masons or a geographic location called Carroneay? Thank you for your help. JoAnn Cupp Grass Valley, CA
