Sharon I think your first task is to find the correct spelling of Elizabeth Bowles name. You can ask the Belfast Newspaper Library, if they have an notice for her around 1897. Secondly, you can check the 1901 Census for Belfast. If you do not live in Belfast these two tasks may be a little tricky, but I am sure that others on the list can help you with how to get access to both.
