    3. Well from what my Uncle had mentioned was that Robert Bowles and his brother came from Germany, and were Iron Horse Dealers, then opened shop as boot makers. But not knowing the spellings of the last names makes it almost impossible to find anything. I do know Elizabeth Bowles? married John "Jack" Fullerton maybe around 1932 or slightly before that and they lived in Dungannon. I guess I will have to try pry more information out of my Uncle. This is so tough to try to research at a distance with no Census available to search through. Thanks for trying. I appreciate it> . 3. Hello Sharon, I found this index entry pre 1898 Civil Marriage Date of Marriage 18 Jul 1892 Groom Name Robert BOLES Bride Name Jennie Elizabeth STUART Church Augher Methodist Church Parish Clogher County Tyrone It is not a Costello bride . Also the name Robert is generally very rare in Bowles families and I can find only 2 in 1864 Bowles Robert Knockmanoul Magheracross Fermanagh Bowles Robert Ballydoolagh Magheracross Fermanagh What you really need is a GRONi search to locate the correct marriage certificate. best regards Robert www.ulsterancestry.com > Date: Mon, 29 Dec 2008 14:05:50 -0800 > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [IRL-ANTRIM] Birth in Belfast > > Well from what my Uncle had mentioned was that Robert Bowles and his brother came from Germany, and were Iron Horse Dealers, then opened shop as boot makers.
