It is a while since I have posted here. I would like to remind those interested in finding the location of all Civil Parishes and many Townlands in all counties in Northern Ireland and in Limerick that you can use my website: Administrative Divisions of Ireland which is located at http://ireland.kiwicelts.com/irishMap/ireMap.html. The site shows the Parish and Townland outlines overlaid onto Google Maps and so you can see where they are either on a road map or on the satellite image of the area. In many locations Google have high resolution imagery and so you can clearly see the roads, houses and fields, which often align with the maps, showing that the fields are still the same as they were in the early 19th century.
