Hello Listers, I have recently learned that my GrGrGrandfather, Jacob STEWART's family lived in Portglenone, Ahogill Parish of County Antrim. Jacob Stewart had many brothers who were horse jockeys in Ireland. I believe the family were Church of Ireland in Ireland. Jacob Stewart married Margaret GAMBLE (born County Tyrone) in Ireland and they and their children, Robert; ElizaJane; Martha and Margaret Ann came to Ontario, Canada in 1840. Son Thomas was born in Ontario in 1844. Where could I find a townland map for Ahogill Parish? Also, where would I find the name and address of the Church of Ireland in the Portglenone area?
