It is also on Ancestry if you have a subscription to that. You find it by going Search, card catalog (on the right side of screen) and then put in Griffith (not Griffith's) in the keyword. For some reason a search on Ancestry for Ireland doesn't bring up the Griffth's or the Tithe. Also doesn't seem to come up in a list of Ireland databases - at least for me.
