Replying to Emails Before you hit reply to all, or even reply to one email consider the fact that every email in the digest will then be re-posted. It doesn't take much more time to be considerate of others, cut and paste your looped response or query, go to the bottom of the IRL-ANTRIM email and click on "To post a message to the IRL-ANTRIM mailing list, send an email to [email protected] It really as easy as that and it saves having reams and reams of non-descript html archival stuff that no one but you, is interested in. Subject Matter The other problem with reply or reply to all [apart from re-sending the whole of the digested email] is that your subject line normally has nothing whatsoever to do with your re-post. My email isn't meant to be critical but only to highlight the fact that many others would appreciate email etiquette ensuring those who subscribe in digest mode see the actual subject of an email and don't have to scroll through a myriad of pages to get to the next email.
