Peggy et al., Now I've added a few extra high resolution images to http://homepage.mac.com/bartleyd/Freeholders/PhotoAlbum18.html to cover all the 1776 Barclay/Bartleys and Logan/Loggans found in County Antrim listed in the Freeholders documents. There are too many Boyds and Johnstons in County Antrim to post this way, but they may be found by searching at PRONI: http://www.proni.gov.uk/freeholders/search.asp It's best to search on surname [variations] only, as the different place-name possibilities are too plentiful to handle. ____________________ Mike, I still wonder about Boydstown [in the townland, Caherty, just south of Broughshane], that I mentioned a few weeks ago. No Fellows in Co Antrim at the time of Griffith's Valuation in 1861 and just two Phillis/Fillis names: Fillis, Richard County : Antrim Parish : Connor Location : Tullyaghgaley Phillis, Eliza County : Antrim Parish : Ahoghill Location : Tullaghgarley [in _www.seanruad.com_ (http://www.seanruad.com) there are three townlands called tullagarley in Co Antrim parishes: one in Connor and two in Ahoghill. I think the Connor one would be closer to Broughshane] The Samuel Moore of Broughshane is the name of the 1861 leaseholder. Regards Nevin
