I have found quit a lot already. I have a question -- Can a person be listed twice on two 1920 census. For example, My James O'Donnell is boarding with his brother-in-law Eli Kellem and family. He is a widow with three children. On another Brooklyn census there is a James about the same age, widowed, listed as a boarder? I know it takes time to do hand written census. Could it mean he may have moved during the year? Or would it simply not be the same person? Thank you!
