She was from what looks like Kibroooy Parish in County Down, she arrived August 185?, on the ship "Francis _aye" (spelling is difficult) from Liverpool. Her father is Jas Murphy, mother Moly Short (?) 1 brother named Pat, it looks as if there is a sister but no name is given. In checking her ledger account Rosanna had $46.01. 2.Rosanna Murphy (account 50024) transaction Nov. 21862. She lived at 19 Madison St. in NYC. She was a domestic and single. Her date of birth is given as 1839. She arrived here in 1858, but no ship's name is given. Her father is John (perhaps James) Mother is Cath. McCormesky. She has 1 brother and two sisters.
