My father is from Brooklyn, NY -- grew up primarily at St. Vincents orphanage as his mother died very young. His father was a NYC policeman, a mounty. I am researching this family. Family history says Mary was born in Limerick but there are Dineens near Inishkeel. If anyone has been to that area I would love to hear about it. Michael and Mary had seven children, with only two living. My line in through James J. O'Donnell married to Mary Harrigan. Mary also died very young and tragic.
