That's wonderful that you were able to go to NY and research. I'm kind of in the same situation and I am using the copies to eliminate marriages for my grandparents. You can also compare the numbers against each other in the database at the Italian research site. Figuring that out helped me a lot. I'm really just getting back to doing research after several years off, so I'm finding that many things have changed.
