If you are in the US, this site might help you find access. http://www.eogen.com/HeritageQuestOnline It explains what it is, what is has, and if you scroll down, you can see at least a good representation of which libraries have it. Sometimes, entire states can access through a certain link, as long as you have card. (or a couple of cases, a valid driver's license, I think).
