Hi Shannah. I guess that I have been one of the lucky ones that have had no problems accessing the online images with the downloaded viewer. I run MS Windows 2000 Pro with Internet Explorer and the only problem I have had is finding the time to access the images that interest me. Good luck in getting your problems resolved. Happy Hunting.
