    2. On my wife's side: Bonnet Maker; Fancy Goods Maker; Brickburner; Lace Designer; Potter; Lawyer's writer; Master Mariner. There are plenty of the more mundane like farmer, collier; flax worker etc. In all they seem to have come from or gone into a very varied set of occupations.
