Hi Maureen, I am including a link below to the NYPL site that talks about the ESB records, what reels are the index, and what reels are the test deposit books, etc. http://www.nypl.org/research/chss/spe/rbk/faids/emigrant.html You can also purchase the microfilm for approx $25 per roll through the NYPL as well. Here is the number to call to request a form to fill out to purchase: 212-930-0828 Don McGovern Oklahoma --- Maureen <maureen1024@yahoo.com> wrote: > Thanks so much, Nancy! Would anyone out there be interested in sharing the costs of index rolls #1 and #2 ..... and we could share them for, say, a month at a time? Let me know off-list at maureen1024@yahoo.com. It would only be $10 each if 12 people are interested ... up to $60 each if there is only one other besides myself ... plus the cost of padded envelope and postage to send it on to the next person .... and perhaps when we are finished there would be another buyer interested in them and we could share the proceeds. How about it Don, Mario, Nancy? Anyone else interested? Let me hear from you!
