I seem to remember seeing something about difficulty getting records from Albany - NY State Dept of Health. I need one now - I have exact date of death in 1953. Sent to NYC DoH and got back a form telling me to send to Albany. Can anyone shed any light on this? Also, how much do they charge? Is there a website? Thanks
