Thank you, Cyril... I have not yet determined if Patrick GREEN or William WALLACE also moved to England at the same time their children John GREEN and Mary WALLACE did. I will try and do that today, at least look through some census records, anyway. You asked if Patrick might have been Christened James Patrick, I do not know but of course it might be possible. One other thing that is slightly worrying... John GREEN's and Mary WALLACE's children's names... I wonder why none of them were named Patrick or William? I might have missed some, of course.
