I joined a year ago and entered some data on the family and now need to edit it for correctness.. I asked them at least 4 times over the last year when the editing feature would take hold and they assured me it was done, so I signed up for another year... THey sent me instructions that do not work.... Have e mailed them again.. Yes, I was able to print the GV last year and not now...
