Good morning to the LISTSERV: As a vendor I hate to post to these wonderful means of communications and only lurk but I wanted you to know that I have taken note of your problems and have forward this problem back to home office in Bray, Ireland. I am waiting on a conference call this morning from Ireland and should have some up date for you all. Printing should be available for everything except for the maps (Catholic and Civil maps can be printed) and photos. That means the Griffith's can be printed. I noted from the LISTSERV that you all have access from many different sources - Godfrey and individuals as well as DSL to dial up access. This should not make a difference but it helpful to know when back tracking the problem. Once I noticed the problem on the LISTSERV I to tried to print Griffith's with no luck. I am on DSL line with SBC (phone company). I have always been able to print Griffith's as well. I thank the LISTSERV in bringing this to our attention so it may be fixed right away. I will keep you posted to the results as soon as I have that information. Otherdays stands 100% behind their online database and is very concern that this problem has occurred. If you would like to e-mail me personally on this or any other matter you can do so by either kharrison@otherdays.com or harrisonkim@sbcglobal.net. I will also be at NGS conference if any one would like to talk to me - however, I will not be having a booth but could meet you at specific place. Respectfully, Kim S.
