Mona, Thanks, I do like OTHERDAYS and have been successful finding my people, but the need to edit information already entered in the folders is necessary and frustrating when you can't do it.. Their instructions did not make any sense.. I am not an expert but I am not a novice either... I sent them an e mail along with their instructions today.. Let's see what happens...
