Hi Pat, I use Internet Explorer. I have been playing (going to run out of ink). I accessed OTHERDAYS thru Google and was able to print there too. I think the problem may be with OTHERDAYS (somehow) as I am not having problems. At this point I don't know what to tell you. I wish I could fix it for you but we are three hrs apart. It would take me a while to get there. I really feel sad that this has happened to so many researchers.I saw a message that somebody knows somebody at OTHERDAYS and they will contact that somebody about fixing the problem. I hope so.
