Genealogy.com has a site by state. Go to the Pennsylvania Genealogy Forum and enter the name you're searching. If no one else is searching, add your message. Also, the LDS Family Search has the 1880 Census. You could enter Joseph Hartman's name and he could be in that census as a child. I checked it and there are quite a few. Helen Gallo PA
