Grasping at straws -- Wondering if letter was incoming rather than outgoing from Ireland and the address is Tomgraney (Clare) Ireland, which in on the westernmost part of Lough Derg, looks about 30 miles (as the crow flies) from the townland Oranmore, Galway. Galway Bay is an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean for counties Galway and Clare.
