Descendants of Michael (John) Dolan Generation No. 1 1. MICHAEL (JOHN)1 DOLAN died September 11, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY. He married WINIFRED KILGANNON, daughter of JOHN KILGANNON and MARY LYONS. She was born Abt. 1882 in Galway, Ireland, and died August 08, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY( I have death certificate). She was said to have had twins and triplets but none of surviving children have same birthdates. Children of MICHAEL DOLAN and WINIFRED KILGANNON are: i. MICHAEL DOLAN, b. Abt. 1909. ii. MARY DOLAN, b. January 26, 1911. iii. TERESA DOLAN, b. Abt. 1913. iv. WINIFRED DOLAN, b. Abt. August 09, 1915. v. HELEN DOLAN, b. Abt. 1917. vi. JOHN DOLAN, b. February 25, 1921. Any information on any of this family gratefully received. Winifred the wife, was the sister of my grandfather Patrick who was preceded to US by cousins Delia and Thomas Kilgannon. Delia had been here 4 years (arr. 1900) and Thomas had been here 6 mos (arr. Feb 1904?) I believe Thomas came aboard the Umbria 3 May 1903. He was 21 (and from (Mount) Bellew, Co Galway. His sister Bridget who arr. c. 1900 was living at 398 E. 18th St.( Flatbush) (398 E 18TH ST, BROOKLYN, NY, 11226-5782, US )in 1904 with her brother when my grandfather Patric arrived. They were cousins to Thomas Kilgannon who died on the Titanic.
