Deasr Jerry, I now agree with you that there was an Irish sept O'hAilche of Ely located originally in northwest Kilkenny, and I also believe that there were one or more septs septs of Danish origin of O'hAilche located originally in Waterford and south Tipperary, mine probably being centered at Boolahallajh Townsland which Dan Hawley found Hallys listed on the 1828 Tithe Rolls. Woulfe has Hallehey as an early anglicization I believe. End of story.
