Tom, That has been a problem for me also. If you enter dupe info in more than 1 field, you will get an error response. Also, have you asked for an example of the format each box wants? I have had a problem with that also. I found that if you don't try to enter too many info fields, there is a less likely chance tochance of getting that error response.
