    2. In the years between 1835 and 1900 in Kilkenny, what did the typical farmer/dairyman's family have to eat on a daily basis? How often did they have any kind of meat, what kind of bread did they have? Someone told me my ggf was a dairyman. Does this mean sheep, goats, or cows?
