I am also looking for stories of research by individuals who have done their Irish research, either with results from Ireland, or the U.S., or wherever our Irish ancestors traveled. Location does not need to be just in Ireland. Our ancestors traveled to all parts of the globe. If you live in Australia and you have stories about doing Irish research there, I'm interested in that. The same with New Zealand, the U.S., Scotland, England, etc. We all have some of our Irish family who traveled from Ireland. Those research problems and stories are just as important as the work we must do in Ireland. We may eventually get to the point where we will take research questions, and then maybe answer one or two per month. If one person has a particular question, you can be sure that another will have one that is very similar. I'd like this newsletter to be the source for Irish research no matter where one is working.
