I am searching for information/connection on my ancestors who immigrated from Ireland, some migrated to Wales (Rhymney and Tredegar areas) and then to the Luzerne/Lackawanna Counties areas of North East PA. Many settled in the Old Forge, Minooka, Taylor areas of Scranton. PA. My GERRITY/GERAGHTY lines appear to have moved back and forth to Wisconsin, Carbondale and Scranton. My SULLIVAN line settled in the Taylor and Scranton area however many of the children were females and I am having troubles locating the SULLIVAN ladies as they married and moved away. SULLIVAN line were primarily miners while the GERRITY line were primarily railroaders. Patrick SULLIVAN married Ellen CUMMINGS 1863 in Bedwelty, Wales.
