I just did the "second surname" search at that website, and apparently the ONLY location on the Primary Valuation where both SULLIVAN and DISKIN households were found in the same civil parish was in Co. Galway. You can find out more with a small fee at that website. http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/ If they married in Ireland, rather than in Wales or the USA, then that could really narrow it down.
