Hi all, Posting my Irish interests of Hennedy and Kienan. The Hennedy branch goes back to 1790's in Ireland and comes forward through Isle of Man to Liverpool. The Kienan name in particular is Sarah Kienan. born Ireland, married Thomas Clarke, Mariner in Liverpool around 1842. Would like to hear from anyone interested in the above names. Regards Roy Kelley
Mr. Kelly, Thanks for the contact, butbased on all I know about my ancestors, there appears to be no connection with your family lines or places. Am not sure what sources you are using, but "Cyndis List" is a good internet source. Roy Kelley: I am looking for Julia Keenan born about 1833 in Ireland. Not sure if her married name was Keenan or whether that was her maiden name. She had two sons born in Ireland Michael and Thomas. She relocated to Canada and married Edward Crocock. It's possible that the last name was not spelled Keenan. Could this be a link???? Charlene Herbert Ontario Canada. searching for Schnurr, Schumacher, Keller, Chmielowiec, Jadzinski, Wojcick, Sowa, Crocock, Riddell, Shannahan, Herbert(from wales)
Dear Charlene, Many thanks for your message. I really can't say if there is a connection because I only have one Kienan name at the moment. I have a lot of work to do! I don't suspect a connection but you never know! I'm working on it.
