Cara, I am researching the names Healy and Monahan.There's a possibility that Healy is from the Dublin area, if not that's where the ship left from. John and Maryann unknown were born in Ireland, married in Ireland and had the following children, all born Ireland, according to the 1850 census in NY. Charles age 27 born approx 1823,Betsey(Elizabeth?) age 23 bron approx 1825, Maryann age 21 born approx 1829,Isabella age 18 born approx 1832 and Sarrah age 16 born approx 1834. Joh is not listed with them in 1850, so I don;t know if he died in Ireland or NY because the family must of come over somewhere between 1834 and 1850. Any assistance would be greatly appreicated.
