ARTHUR PALMER of Newcastle heard through the grapevine: her Uncle was the Lord Mayor of Dublin at one time Spouse: WILLIAM BAXTER DARTNELL (b. abt 1830 in IRELAND) Isabel and William migrated to Canada?, Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois. Living with them was: ANNE EADES (b. about 1800 in IRELAND) possible relative? Oh please, any Irish Palmers out there, or Irish Eades..can you point me in the right direction.
