You can't blame the list owner - they'd have to control every email from everyone in order to stop this kind of thing - However, I agree - now that we know this guy is shamelessly abusing the list, I think the administrator should block his messages from being distributed to the list. It doesn't really bother me one way or the other though - I'll just delete the guy.
