Hi there everyone I am researching the Gebbie name and its various spellings. My Gebbie family come from County Down, around the Ards Peninsular. In particular I am working on one part of the family at present and that is: JAMES WATSON GEBBEY who was a baker he married ANNIE McLEAN CROTHERS of Ballycastle in 1905 at the Prebsty. church in Ballyblack. His father was ROBERT GEBBY b. 1837 Ballyblack married to SARAH ANN WATSON of Ballymagow. If anyone is researching these names I would be pleased to hear from them. Beryl
