I really need help! My great grandmother, Mary MURPHY was born c 1827 in Ireland, according to the 1861, 1871, and 1881 Ontario Canada censuses. She married Bryan KILLEN someplace in Canada. He was born in Canada, date and place unknown. They had three children, MATTHEW b. 1852; JAMES b. 1855; MARGARET b. 1858. All born in Merritton (St. Catharines) Lincoln County, Ontario and baptized R.C. at the cathedral in St. Catharines. Any records I can find state Mary was born in Ireland, that's it -- no other information. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should start my search? It appears she had no parents or siblings in the St. Catharines area. All suggestions welcome!! Mary in Michigan
