I am not really sure, your spelling is different than my McClellands, but from what I have heard the spellings are suppose to be connected. McLellands/McClellands in England, not sure, why? Did you find some there? I know that my 6th great grandfather came from Ireland to America, they originated in Scotland. But that is not to say that some didn't go to England.
