Good evening to everyone on the list, In the Connaught Journal for Monday, 3 November 1823 (published on the Ireland Old News website, www.irelandoldnews.com <http://www.irelandoldnews.com/> ), the following news item appeared: "Marriages.. At Limerick, M. Sellers, of Trisbane, Co. Galway, Esq. to Lucinda, second daughter of the late Arnold Eggers, of said City, Esq.." My interest in this marriage lies in the Eggers side of the union - my 3 x great grandfather, Paul Cudmore Eggers, was Lucinda's brother, and the name Lucinda or Lucy has been used in every generation of my family for the last 200 years. Did this couple remain in Limerick, or did they move elsewhere, or even emigrate ? Is there anybody out there researching this Sellers family, of Trisbane, Co. Galway, or the descendants of M Sellers and Lucinda Eggers ? If so, I would be very pleased to hear from you.
