    2. Hi anyone who is having a problem reading normal font - letter- size instead of using all capitals why not just increase your size of your letters in the mailings ? Correct me if im wrong . marg

    3. Because for some reason All caps is easier for them to see. It's not just a matter of size, it's got something to do with perception for some folks.
