    3. - Perhaps some people about to travel would benefit from this. I hate to pay all the charges to exchange money overseas. A few weeks ago, my husband happened to casually asked a teller at our bank if he knew where we could get a god exchange rate. The teller told him that the bank would get Euros for us (and other currency) at no charge, no fees, no catch. Just a straight switch of dollars to euros. I almost fell over my own feet getting there with my dollars! They said it would take about 2 weeks, but it came in 3 days time. You have to have over $100.00 worth to exchange, but at the way the prices are in Ireland nowadays, that was no problem. It's worth a call to your bank to save all the extra money you would have to spend on another kind of exchange. Hope this saves a few people some dollars, so they can buy a pint of Guinness or two.
