Hello from Canada. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who had these families in County Cork. I have suspicion that the Dukelow group all came from Creagh, County Cork, but no real evidence. My ggg grandfather PETER DUKELOW came to Canada (date unknown) but I have documentation of his 5 sons being in Prescott Ontario in 1838. It may be that Peter himself came a year or two later. His wife is reported to have either died on the voyage or died previously in Ireland. Her name is reported to have been Mary Connell, but have no documentation to prove it. The other names are those that were married to some of the Dukelow children. Mary Connell's mother may have been a Beamish also. Love to chat with anyone who's interested!
