Looking for ancestors of my Michael Hennessy, born 1844, somewhere in County Cork. Came to America in 1853 as a 9-year old with his mother, Hannah (Sullivan) Hennessy, and brothers John and Patrick. He was a butcher by trade and living in St. Louis as of 1860. His father was Patrick Hennessy, but have no information on him. Hannah (Sullivan) Hennessy was widowed and then married Thomas Dunn(e), also a butcher, in St. Louis. She had at least two children by Thomas Dunn(e). Any further information welcomed.
