On a St Pat's day interview out of Vancouver where they have an "Irish street" with two pubs situated opposite each other, I heard one of the two pub owners explaining the finer points of making "green" beer. His clients were the "younger crowd" while the owner of the second pub, undoubtedly with his nose in the air, claimed his "more reserved crowd" stuck to Guiness properly pumped with a reasonable amount of nitrogen so as not to give it too much gas. Both pubs expected the usual full house from opening to closing. Ah! Such a day is this St. Patrick's.
