With the famine of 1845 he came to England with my ggrandfather Michael Sheehan b. 1840. He gave his place of birth as Pilltown and was probably RC. Michael ended up in Stockport, Cheshire where he married Alice Ramsdale in 1862. I have all family details and photographs from this date on but would like to know who came over with Jeremiah and where did he go to, as no record of him appears in any census nor is his death registered anywhere. Any further information as to his roots in Pilltown or life in England gratefully received. Jim Phelan
