County Meath Peter J. MCBRIDE was born 10 Sept 1850 to Peter MCBRIDE and Ann QUIGLEY Peter immigrated to the US in either the late 1850's or early 1860's. Immigration information has not been found, so I'm unclear as to whether the whole family immigrated at that time. Any info, leads or possible relations would be most appreciated. Thanks so much, Lori McBride-Nichols
Dear Lori, Do you know which County your McBride's were from? My great grandfather was Michael Francis McBride. He came to the US (NYC) in 1860 from County Kilkenny. His first born son (my grandfather) was Pierce McBride who was born in 1873 in Chicago. Pierce is the Irish for Peter. Michael had a brother Thomas and 2 sisters, Julia and Mary. Michael was the youngest. Beth McBride On Feb 14, 2007, at 6:29 AM, Lori McBride-Nichols wrote: > County Meath > > Peter J.
