    2. Hi I am filling out a application for Death Certificate for the Civil Registration office in Ireland. It has a line PPS number. Does anyone know what is? I had sent them a e-mail. I haven't heard back. Thanks Bill

I have never seen a death cert from Ireland, only birth certs and in the left hand column there is a number. Also on the top left corner there is a RGB number. Maybe you can get them in the index, if you are using one, otherwise, I'd just put in 'unknown'. Without the number, they may charge you extra for a search, however. Have you checked their website at: http://www.groireland.ie/ -- Pat Connors, Sacramento CA http://www.connorsgenealogy.com
