I have a subscription for Ancestry.com in the US. When I went to Ancestry Canada, I just put in my email address and put in my password (the same one I use for the US Ancestry) and I got right in and have been doing a lot of lookups ever since. Did you go directly to Ancestry Canada in its separate entity, or try through Ancestry.Com US? Nina Cobb
